We accept the following Files: PDF, EPS or TIFF files. Files can be in RGB, CMYK or LAB color space. Files are to be submitted print ready. Files that are not print ready will incur additional charges. Your document, when possible should be created at 150 to 200 dpi at full size (100 percent).
Yes, we offer Pantone System color match. The fee is $25 per color and will need to be approved prior to production. However, please note that our color acutance is quite good; we maintain very high standards and rigorous profiling of all our materials.

Due to the nature of our custom printing processes all orders are made to order and therefore are non-refundable. Please note that natural fabrics are subject to naturally occurring imperfections in the material, and these occurrences do not qualify for refunds. In the event of a defect to your material please contact us within 5 days of receipt of goods to discuss any problem in further detail. All requests are handled on an individual basis.
Once the order ships from our facility it is in the care of the transportation service. Should any damage or delay occur it is your responsibility to contact the transportation company and use your tracking given to you. You should insure your shipment if the value is more than $100 for the actual value. The insurance cost is very reasonable. We pack our shipment to meet the rigorous standards set by our shippers; therefore, Interior Ink is not responsible for any damages that incur during transit.
Yes, local picks are available at our office, Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. We will email you when your order is ready to be picked up. Please choose local pick up when you are placing your order.
The printing process for the natural fabrics is pigment ink. The press size for the pigment ink process is up to 72” wide by the roll length, which is typically 150 feet long. (Please note fabrics vary in width depending on the manufacturer). The printing process for the polyester fabrics is dye sublimation. The press size for dye sub is up to 122” wide by the roll length.
Yes, the inks we use for printing the fabrics have been tested to not run, bleed or smudge under normal conditions.
We offer several post treatment options to meet various certifications including fire rating as well as fabric protection and durability for upholstery, typically required for commercial, hospitality and healthcare applications to name just a few. Yes, unprinted swatch books are available for purchase. The sample book has a 4" x 4" swatch of each fabric option that we offer.

Yes, we offer 8" x 8" printed test swatches at $5 per swatch.
Yes, you may supply your own fabric if the fabric is coated for printing process; however, you will need to supply at least an additional 2.5 yards for webbing on our presses.
